We’re building the future of student wellbeing today.

Through student leadership, trusted resources, and school partnerships, we help college students build lifelong wellbeing habits that support health, happiness, and purpose.

Our work is powered by people and backed by science.

At the Lifelong Wellbeing Foundation (LWF), our mission is to spark a nationwide shift in how students experience health and wellbeing.

We partner with student-led clubs, faculty, and university leaders to make wellbeing more than a conversation, but an integrated, lived experience.

We align with
United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #3: Good Health and Well-Being, and we’re here to turn that global goal into everyday action on campuses across the U.S.

Students are more than scholars—they're future leaders.

Yet most college students aren't taught how to manage stress, sleep well, eat intentionally, or navigate change. We're changing that by empowering them to lead themselves first.

Through our programs and partnerships, students build skills in emotional regulation, resilience, coherence, and personal accountability to help them succeed in school, work, and life.
